UK Shipping
1. Because a lot of effort is put into careful drawing, designing, curating, vetting, sewing and packaging of an item, our shipping policy have been designed to match this effort to ensure you receive your timeless piece not just in time but in a good condition.
2. Order processing and delivery: Your journey of recieving an item begins when you confirm payment. Our team will review the order and preliminary processing as soon as possible, within 24 hours. Then, the items will enter the careful packaging stage step-by-step, to ensure it gets to you in the best condition.
3. There is a free standard shipping on all UK orders. Delivery is usually within 2-4 business days after shipping.
4. Real-time logistics tracking: Once your order is shipped, an email with complete tracking information will be sent to your email address immediately so you can check the latest updates anytime.
5. Change and cancel order: If you want to adjust or cancel an order while it is pending, please get in touch with customer service as soon as possible (collection@nineteen60.store). Once the goods enter the logistics link, the operating space will become limited, so we recommend planning your options.
6. Special circumstances: Delivery time may be extended due to factors such as extreme weather, epidemic, strikes etc. During this period, we will monitor the situation and communicate any possible impact in a timely manner.
International Shipping
Every point above applies with the following additions:
1. £15 flat rate for international orders apply for delivery fees tariffs and taxes. This is automatically added to total payment on checkout.
2. We ship internationally to the US (excluding overseas territories and islands), Canada, South America (some), Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa (Nigeria, Southern Africa, Eastern Africa, Northern Africa, Ghana). Feel free to reach out to us if you are unsure if we deliver to your country
3. Delivery is estimated to be within 5-20 business days after shipping
